ABOUT
Chris is a strong believer that attorneys should give back to the community through public service, which he did as the President of the Fox Point Association from 1995 through 2001.
Chris also served the community as an Officer of New Castle County Government from February 2000 through December of 2009. He did so as a member of the County's Board of Adjustment, seated as its Chairman from 2001 until departing in 2009.
During Chris' tenure on the Board of Adjustment, none of the decisions of the Board were overturned by any court.
CHRISTOPHER
In the infamous "Radison Hotel" case, Chris made the motions and created the record during the board voting stage to deny the requested variances. The factual and legal record that Chris created was cited by the Delaware Supreme Court when they overturned the $7.5 million dollar jury verdict against New Castle County.
On January 8, 2010, Chris received a commendation from now U.S. Senator Christopher Coons for his years of dedication and service to the people of New Castle County.
